two hosting servers one website

Would need more specifics to be certain, but I'll take a shot at answering with some assumptions.

You have Host A, and would like to buy into Host B.

You can keep paying Host A, and your hosting plan costs etc will not change. If you begin paying Host B, copy your files to Host B, and tell your registrar to point to Host B's name servers for your domain, then everyone will be directed to Host B when they look up your website.

If you keep the same files on Host A & Host B, everyone will look at Host B. Host A will still be there! If you decide you don't like Host B, tell your registrars to go back to looking at Host A's name servers. Now people will be directed to Host A (same files, remember?), and your website will look exactly the same, and you're back where you started.

Now, if you cancel with Host A, it's really up to Host A if they will sell you the original plan at the original price (which they probably will). So you'll have to resign up, and copy your files back over to Host A server again.

Did that cover it?
