I'm unable to upload anything to this account because it always endup getting freeze at Command:MLSD . I use multiple accounts in Filezilla and this problem happens only with this Hosting acount so It can't be something wrong with FileZilla. Here's the FileZilla log,

This account is a shared account and I use Filezilla passive mode. Provider moved accounts to new server and since then FTP hasn't worked.
Can I get this corrected from my side or It's something provider has to do ?
