tmzhosting support

Hello,

I apologize about this. Can you please e-mail me your ticket # at daniel (at) tmzhosting dot com so I can take a look at it? It seems that all tickets in the queue are answered and all within 15-30 minutes. Not sure why yours is taking so long, so I definitely want to investigate and talk with the supervisors on that shift.

You should never wait that long, and once I sort this out I will add one month FREE credit to your account for the inconvenience.
