Yesterday, 07:15 PM I think its ok for kids to start working in the hosting industry. More than one here could use a small platoon of 10 year old kids filling racks from one floor to the other. Im 100% with kid labor 
They could do allot of things, like take the phone, run to a server when a reboot is needed and push the button, or just bring some coffe. Or get to the local stored and buy this drive, or similar things. I guess allot of us are doing things which kids could actually do.
Of course to manage a business is a complete other story. You need to be responsible. And I think not even some grown ups are responsible when it means to manage the others guy money.
